About Us

I have been a Reiki Practitioner since 2011, reaching Master level in 2013. My Reiki Lineage starts with Usui Mikao, who lived in Japan in the 1920’s, he is the founder of Usui Reiki. I learned Reiki from my Mentor, Intuitive Soul Reader and Reiki Master, Maryann Brennan.

Prior to my Reiki training, I had a formal 35-year career as an educator. I have been a classroom teacher, principal and the founding director of a private school in Freeport, Maine.

It is my joy to work with people who want to feel the transformative power of Reiki, who want to feel peace and relaxation in their lives. Reiki can center us and give us clarity to tackle life’s challenges.

I have always been blessed with a strong intuition and sense of empathy for people. These skills and gifts serve me well as an educator, facilitator and Reiki practitioner. I have worked privately with clients for the past 8 years and now it’s time to take the next step, to open Dragonfly’s Journey, a center for Reiki.
